Ya was just about to post that. Kind of boring if that ends up being the live change but I guess if my quick math is correct then on a stand still fight it will take FS at 4 piece from 18s to ~80s. Take that as being ~+3 global cooldowns every 80 seconds which is ~2 extra lightning bolts every 80 Seconds. I guess that can roughly end up being taken as around 200dps?
