MM definitely has better AOE dps, which is what hunters will be doing on adds. I dot really see any reason to go SV for this fight though: More HP doesn't help against leech when everyone is sitting at 2k anyway.

For hunters Anub is a pretty standard fight in terms of spec/glyph/pet.
