Yeah I know it isn't that bad of a thing. Plus, Tigole posted they would but some sort of reward for finishing the quest chain, might not be anything great, but I guess that will be the bonus for doing the chain.

Well yea thats the thing, they have done this since the game has been released. Its like gradual gratification to the less-skilled. 1st MC came out and it was hard as fuck. Magmadar was a goddam fucking animal beast that raped your face. Then they nerfed him, they nerfed Golemagg, they nerfed Ragnaros. Then BWL came along and was the same. It was hard as shit, they tuned it down, they made shit easier, same with AQ40. The only instance I can think of that was perfectly tuned was Naxx and thats because there was a different dev team on that project who left Blizzard for a diff company after completing it. Now, in TBC, you see the same pattern, right? They have a ton of keys, attunements, encounters so fucking hard it was damn near impossible. Gruul 2.0 anyone? Remember that? We killed him sure, but look at him now. My pet can solo Gruul.

Now they lift the req's for SSC/TK. They nerfed hydross to shit, leo is a cake walk compared to what he was, etc. Whats next? It seems like every month they slowly dumb-down all their content once they see the majority of higher-end guilds have things on farm to move in the next batch of raid-hungry players that suck too much ass to do it the way people before them did.

In my opinion, if this wasn't done then WoW would have significantly fewer players at this point. Lowering the bar on old content is fine after a certain point. In my opinion, this only bothers people who are struggling on content that isn't bleeding-edge. I imagine most people working in Hyjal and BT right now aren't really concerned about people getting to work on Hydross or A'lar. For those driven by loot, it lowers the inherent value of tier 5 gear, sure, but that happens anyway as we move towards tier 6.

If anything it's "our fault" for not being far enough ahead for none of this stuff to phase us.

right now we beat most bosses in there with like 3 mins left on the enrage timers. i think thats cushion enough for those less skilled.

I mean personally now it seems like making progress in these two raid instances is gonna seem emptier than it should. I mean players had to work there ass off to get into SSC and TK and now any Joe Shmo (or me lol) can jus hop in wearing shadow lab blues and start picking up t5 epics as long as he can leach off the others in the guild who put in the work for there gear.

Guess I am jus having sympathy pains :P

I only casually talk to some of you folks every now and again. Not tryin to act like a buddy or anything, I just look in on most of the guilds on turalyon. Just talked to Dissent, Barrel, and Phil on random occasions. Trouble helped me out when I was lvling my priest by answering a bunch of annoying questions for me. I think I asked you Howitzer once about one of your UI mods. Everyone I talked to seemed nice so started checkin out the site etc
