How to use Quartz to shave time off casts and up DPS

I think a lot of us are already aware of how to do this, but for the unitiated, here is a video guide on how to combat latency using macros and a ui mod.

With a ping of 150 you'll probably see an increase of about 10% dps, give or take.

if you use quartz i found its easier to change the width of the casting bar so you see more of the red. i also increased the height a little. i will post a ss later so you can see what mine looks like
