Just wondering if there was any feedback available on my application?

If you want feedback on your app, you should probably include what name you apped under. I don't see anyone named "Bolt" in our applications for the last month.

Here was some things mentioned in your app:

- Odd talent choices (5/5 UW, 2/2 Furious Attacks when they raid with an MS warrior)
- Mining Profession
- Glyphed for Execute but chose 2/2 in FA instead of Imp Execute
- Virtually all parses show his dps behind the other fury warrior and on par with the arms warrior (except heroic twins).

In addition, the chances of us fielding 4 warriors for our full time raid roster is... almost non existent.

As a side note, Bosch has been retired for well over 2 years now. The guild still holds the same core values, but we obviously had to make some tweaks in regards to things like attendance requirements and raw skill requirements. He still checks the forums frequently though.

No I cannot see where running 4 warriors would benefit any raid group except for multi target "cleave" fights, even then that’s a stretch (as is Renegade runs with 3 DPS warriors :o ). Looks like raiding as plate DPS has become a curse... The dime a dozen Rogues of WotLK if you will, thanks to the addition of DKs and the fact Loladins where improved… I digress.

In response to the comments listed.

The other fury warrior is DWing 2x 281.7 DPS weapons (Justicebringer and Relentless Axe) vs my 2x 255.6 Reckonings and I’m the sunder armor bitch because of it (Renegade raids with a Pala MT).

- Mining Profession

I have entertained swapping mining for JCing up until a few weeks ago this was my only lvl 80 and I do all of the blacksmithing for the guild and farming of those mats. I now have a lvl 80 Druid that I can use as a farmer so if that was a determining factor I could have that resolved over the weekend. In fact I intend to resolve that soon.

The Execute glyph was changed out for a Glyph of Cleaving for our Anub attempts.

Due to the fact that we always have at least 2 warriors in every 25man raid (the Arms warrior isn't always present in raid) and the other 2 warriors are speced into Commanding Presence and Booming voice. It was determined I was wasting those 7 points. If you have a better suggestion on how to spend those points I’m open to suggestions. As for 10 mans I always OT for our main 10man group so my DPS spec is not set for them. Regardless it takes a meaningless amount of gold and 5 mins to change a spec.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Good luck to all in Fusion. Please feel free to contact me should a spot open up in the future. Hello to Justin aka Bosch hope all is well if you should read this.

Branden aka Boltazar

This isn't an attack on you btw, more a comment to other applicants or potential applicants who may be reading these forums:

Yes but, the point is you haven't. Obviously professions aren't hard to change: we've all done it. But it's similar to when we look at an applicant who has an error in their choice of spells: while it's easy to tell someone "change what you're doing", we don't want people who haven't already figured that out.

In the case of professions, WotLK is pretty long in the tooth. Especially if you're coming from a guild with fewer raiding hours and wanting to be in Fusion with more, you've had a long, long time to level up that alt do to mining/skinning/herbalism. It just shows as a strong indicator that you may not do your best unless someone tells you that you have to.

Note: we have recruited *two* people recently with gathering professions on their mains (which they of course promised to change.) So it's by no means a veto. But their apps had to be that much stronger, because they were overcoming a negative.

That's the sort of thing that should be explained in your app -- anything weird or unexpected.

To be clear Bolt: I'm not expecting you to reply to this, as Bazz said we have 3 warriors and while we'd consider a 4th, you'd have to be as close to a deity as is possible in this game. It's just general comments for others using your answers as examples (sorry!)

I understand. I sought out to be criticized and have already corrected the items that were mentioned. Thanks again for your time, consideration and respectful answers.
