Yeah, haste is cool...to a point. With just snd up, my oh speed was .90. With Dragonspine up it went down to .84, and with Mongoose on top of that it was only .83.

Goes back to what I said earlier, as your speed approaches 0 you have to stack more and more haste to get minimal benefits. Some people have no concept of diminishing returns in regards to percentage decreases.

I would say that anything over about 400 haste rating isn't going to benefit you much.
