I saw this post on EJ Forums: "Since the latest patch the Shard of Azzinoth can procc several times up to 4 times/Elementals - I guess this change makes the Shard of Azzinoth 45 DPS better at once?"
I went to Blasted Lands and tested it. I am pretty sure 4 would be possible since I was able to get 3 up a decent amount. Just thought you guys would like to know of this change.
