There seems to be a new BOE epic throwing weapon that is pretty sick.

Here is a little more info about the one that had dropped ...
New BOE Epic Throwing Weapon added to the game. (the first one dropped from a lockbox that a rogue pickpocketed off of the Terrormasters in SMV, Source)

Looks like I am raiding in stealth pickpocketing now :)

Pickpocket? That's got to be a fucking joke...however my pp/garrote macro is back on my hotbars as of tonight.

Looks like the Ilevel is listed at 100, almost seems to be in the 140 range though. I think the low damage/dps is what allows the Ilevel to be so lopsided in terms of stats.
